Join us this Saturday, March 2nd as we march to celebrate International Women’s Day! All library workers and their friends and family who march with Local 4948 will receive our International Women’s Day Local 4948 hoodie. Hoodies will be given out on a first come first served basis, while supplies last.
The rally begins at 11:00am inside the OISE auditorium at 252 Bloor St. West.
Library Workers are meeting at 12:45pm at the Tim Hortons east of OISE, at the Northwest corner of Bedford Rd and Bloor St. West. The closest TTC subway station is St. George. Look for the blue Local 4948 flags! The march begins at 1:00pm and generally takes an hour to walk from OISE to the Toronto Metropolitan University.
