Frequently Asked Questions

I'm tweeting, watching, or liking and my ballot score is not going up, what's up?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and login again. If this does not work, try using a different browser.
It seems like I'm missing some ballots, what happened?
In order to guarantee that you are seeing all of your ballots, you must be logged into both Twitter and Facebook.
My friend just clicked on my referral link on my wall. I didn't get a new ballot point, why?
Your friend must also login and participate in the contest for you to get a point. Also, referral ballots
are not instantly updated. You need to wait a couple of minutes and then you should see your ballot score go up.
Finally, your friend can only give you one ballot with a referral link. If he/she clicks your referral link again, a
new ballot point will not be added.
How will I know if I've won the contest?
We will be posting your name and/or Twitter id on November 1, 2011. When you login with either Facebook or
Twitter, your name is saved along with all your ballots.
